Return Policy

Shipping: You may return any item from a particular box you receive through the Service (in accordance with the instructions below and those provided with such box) within five (5) business days after it is delivered. For items being returned, they must be returned using the pre-paid return label and box provided by The Bungalow, and items must be unworn (other than “tried-on”), in their original condition and include all original tags and packaging. Shipping is not available to all locations. Users will not be charged fees for shipping or return shipping, except in special circumstances (where we will give you advance notice).  All items you receive through the Service will be shipped by a third-party carrier.

Events: You may return any regularly priced item purchased from a event within 5 business days for a full refund or within 30 days for an exchange or store credit of equal value. Sale items may be returned up to 30 days for an exchange or store credit of equal value. 

Special Orders: Items special ordered directly from the vendor may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days. Customers will be notified prior to shipping if an item must be special ordered from a vendor. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. For exchanges or store credit, we accept items received up to 30 days after the original order date. Some items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Shipping charges on expedited orders are not reimbursed.
